Of this, Denge Construction & Architecture has taken on the responsibility for the building of 85,000 square meters of the shopping center and 20,000 square meters of the residential segment. Construction is being done by utilizing the Industrial Table Formwork and Conventional Formwork Systems. The shopping mall consists of six floors and the residence portion is an 11-story tower. The total timeframe for the completion of this project is ten months, to be finished by the end of October of 2010, well ahead of the targeted 2011 grand opening.

Standing 116 meters high over this picturesque Black Sea city in the southwest corner of Georgia, the Batumi Nurol Sheraton Hotel was built with Super Structural Construction Works (Reinforced Concrete) utilizing Table Formworks.
